Extreme Cowboy Race™ Hosted by Craig Cameron Headlines the New Vail/Eagle Valley Rocky Mountain Horse Expo
December 1, 2006
The Extreme Cowboy Race™ Hosted by Craig Cameron brings high excitement to the Vail/Eagle Valley Rocky Mountain Horse Expo, June 1-3, 2007. Held at the Eagle County Fairgrounds new River Center, the event is sure to please participants and spectators alike as cowboys and cowgirls compete to prove their horsemanship skills against obstacles of all kinds.
Popular horseman Craig Cameron will also present two clinics each day. And the Vail/Eagle Valley event will include all the other features you look for at the Horse Expo: CSU education programs, abundant shopping, the glorious Priefert Texas Thunder Percherons, private treaty horse sales, breed and stallion demonstrations, and more. Clinicians will share the roomy new 150’x300’ arena, and vendors will appreciate the convenient booth set-up in sight of the arena sessions. The new River Center provides the ideal arrangement for complete enjoyment of the Horse Expo.
The Vail/Eagle Valley Rocky Mountain Horse Expo is timed right to launch the summer riding season and placed right in one of Colorado’s most popular horse areas—1.5 hours from Steamboat, close to Grand Junction, Aspen, the Front Range and the Western Slope, and nestled in the heart of the White River National Forest. Enjoy three days of the Horse Expo and stay over for a few extra to ride the high mountain trails, play with the reiners, ropers and cutters, and enjoy the many other attractions of the area.
