*Note: All space requests must include TOTAL FOOTAGE NEEDED for awnings, tanks, trailers, tongues, overhangs, etc.
Commercial Space Usage:
- List all items you wish considered for display or sale in your exhibit area and attach a sketch of your proposed display area and desired layout to this form.
- Attach required Certificate of Insurance and submit with contract.
- All booths not set up and ready by 6 PM the night before show opening are subject to forfeiture of space and fee.

Horse Barn Stall Usage:
- Current (within 30 days of Expo) Health Certificates are required for all horses. All horses must also have negative Equine Infectious Anemia Test (AGID or Elisa) and must be dated no more than 6 months from date of arrival.
- Attach required Certificate of Insurance and submit with Contract.
- All stalls not set up, in use and ready by 6 PM the night before show opening are subject to forfeiture of space and fee.
Reserved Camping Spots with Electricity: $25/night
Colorado Horse Council Members receive 5% discount of Sub-Total (Max. $500)
